How much is shipping & handling?
Shipping & handling charges vary
according to the number of items ordered.
How long does it take for a purchase to arrive?
Items are packed and
shipped once the order has been verified. We normally utilize
USPS Priority Mail service. Unless item is on back-order, your order will usually take between 7-10 business days to arrive.
Do you ship internationally?
If you would like to
order, please contact us by email. The shipping costs may be prohibitive
for you, and the recipient will likely be subject to customs charges as well.
Return postage is not paid for on international shipments.
Do
you accept credit card payment?
Absolutely. All
credit card transactions are
processed through PayPal, a secure
online payment service, making sure all your valuable information stays safe.
What is your return policy?
We regret that personalized
items or sale items may not be returned. All items are inspected before
shipment for quality. If any damage has occurred during shipment, please
let us know, so we may resolve the matter with our shippers. A replacement
will of course be issued after return of the original item.
Are your products child-safe?
Only items that are
specifically indicated are suitable for babies or young children are
child-safe. Any item
with removable parts is NOT recommended for young children. Upon opening purchase,
you assume responsibility for deciding if the item is suitable for the
recipient. If you have any questions, please email
us prior to ordering.
Can I add a message to my purchase since it is a gift?
Once you begin the
checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to type a message that
you would like to be included. Please be sure to include your name so they
know who the gift is from. Your message will appear on a themed gift card exactly as you type it, so please make sure you have checked for
errors before submitting. We may contact you if we have a question
concerning your message.
